On December 30, OTC Energy Services LLP awarded the best employees. Summing up the results of the outgoing year were selected 29 people from all divisions of the enterprise showed the best results, desire, zeal, and enthusiasm for work. Employees were awarded the “Best Employee 2022” statuette and received a gratitude letter on behalf of the Company’s Director.
This tradition was initiated by the Company’s management in 2020 and has become an important event in the system of stimulating and motivating employees at all levels and divisions of the Company.
